Tuesday night’s Episode 4 of TUF 17 drew an average audience of 1.2 million in the overnight ratings falling closely on par with the season average of 1.3 million viewers per episode. Episode 4 saw Team Jones earn its victory, and gain control of the picks when Collin Hart defeated Kevin Casey by controlling him on the ground for two uneventful rounds. Casey really showed no signs of aggression or urgency, and Hart, whom many saw as the underdog cruised to victory. With control of the pick, Jones matched up “Bubba” McDaniel against the youngest fighter in the house Kelvin Gastelum.

In other news, wrestling, which was part of the first modern Olympics and a U.S. strength in the Olympic games, was surprisingly cut from the Summer Games on Tuesday, beginning in 2020 games. The International Olympic Committee was expected to cut the sport of modern pentathlon but instead decided to remove wrestling based on criteria such as global participation and popularity.

Many former wrestlers are in an outrage, including former Olympic wrestler and WWF wrestling star the Iron Sheik, who claims he will suplex the people responsible if this isn’t resolved.
